Refinely does not save your input or output text by default. Your text may be sent to Gemini to generate a rewrite.

Information we collect

We may process account email, user ID, subscription status, usage counters, event names, tone, use case, input character count, and security metadata. We do not save your input text or output text by default.

AI processing

To generate rewrites, your text may be sent to Gemini for processing. We use conservative disclosure because Gemini data processing details must be verified before production launch.

Third parties

Supabase handles authentication and account data. Supabase Postgres stores subscription, usage, and event metadata. Creem handles payments, refunds, and tax/VAT. Hosting, analytics, and email providers are pending confirmation.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit sensitive personal information. Debug logs and analytics must not store raw prompts, full request dumps, input text, or output text.
