Pro includes a 7-day refund policy. If Pro is not right for you, contact support within 7 days of your first payment.
Manual review
Refund requests are reviewed manually by email. Please do not send full card details or sensitive information in refund requests.
Creem processing
Payments, refunds, and tax/VAT are processed by Creem. Refinely does not store your full payment card details.
